About the Assistant HR and Admin Manager role:

This is a role of energetic person but also good in strategic and planning. The successful candidate will mainly focus on recruitment and training tasks.

  • Male/female, aged 30-35 year olds
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in recruitment and training and development functions
  • Excellence in English and computer literacy

  • Detail-oriented, logical, presentable and good in public speaking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full loop of recruitment system and assure that the company has a competitive process and method to attract the qualified candidates
  • Create company brand awareness towards recruitment campaign
  • Conduct the orientation program for new hired employees
  • Formulating, developing and implementing training strategies, road map, policies, and procedures align with company goals
  • Assure that all training courses required by law are complete and submit to government offices in timely manner
  • Assessing training needs and design an individual development plan in order to develop the employee
  • Lead the employee relations and employee activities
  • Initiative for CSR projects
  • Manage subordinates and complete tasks assigned by HR and Admin Manager
