On Friday 21st April 2017, GUNKUL Engineering Public Company Limited held its Annual General Meeting of shareholders for the year 2017 at Chaopraya Ballroom, 2nd Floor, Chaopraya Park Hotel, Bangkok.
Mr. Gunkul Dhumrongpiyawut, Chairman of the Board of Directors served as the Chairman of the meeting together with the independent directors, board of directors, sub-committees’ directors, and management of the company. The company was honored to welcome the shareholders, investors, financial institutions, auditors, and shareholder’s representatives at the meeting.
