Engineering, Procurement, Construction Contract Signing Ceremony for Kimitsu Solar Power Plant

27th July 2016, Khun Gunkul Dhumrongpiyawut, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Gunkul Engineering Public Co., Ltd., together with management team, welcomed Mr. Yoshikatsu Araoka, Senior Manager, Social Systems, Toshiba Corporation, Mr. Hiroyuki Sawada, the President, Toshiba Asia Pacific (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and management team from Toshiba Corporation in EPC contract signing ceremony of Kimitsu Solar Power Plant which was held at Gunkul’s head office.

Kimitsu Solar Power Plant Project, with the capacity at 40.41 MW, located at Kimitsu, Chiba, Japan. Gunkul Engineering Public Co., Ltd. invested in GK Kimitsu Mega Solar on September 2015 and Toshiba Corporation will be EPC contractor for 20 years, the Commercial Operation Date (COD) target is on 4th Quarter of 2018 with the value at JPY 36.00 per kW-h.
