Clarification of News or Information GUNKUL 54/060 19 July 2011 Subject: Clarification of the significant matter and the progress of the company in Newspaper Attention: President Stock Exchange of Thailand Attachment 1 Analyst Report from Globex Securities Company Limited 2 Analyst Report from Finansia Syrus Public Company Limited Regarding to the request from the Stock Exchange of Thailand which required the company to clarify the significant matter and the progress of the Company's Financial Statement that was published in newspapers in matter of "90% Growth of Profit and Revenue" as already be informed The Company would like to clarify that our management gave the interviews to the reporters in matter of promising result of the company operation for Q2/2011 which the answer of the management came from the Analyst Reports estimated from two securities companies that were publicized to the public (through www.settrade.com in section of "SAA Consensus" and in title of "Analyst/Research") as the attached files. Therefore, some contents from the newspapers might be added by the reporters which used the information from the Analyst Reports to publicize the news without the information from the management on the matter of result of the company operation. Please be informed accordingly and the company will take more careful in the matter of giving important information which is useful and benefit to investors in accordance with the regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
